Each time you pee on the most important monument in a city you magically become 0.1% better at everything you do. This effect lasts forever and is cumulative.

Does that mean I agree with their philosophical stance? If so, this basically means dying, because Daleks are very inhuman.

Usually these transformations allow you to keep your personality. In which case, I would be myself with Dalek powers. This would actually be fairly cool, power wise, especially if other Daleks don't exist.

It does mean you are a gross blob in a suit. But there are worse fates. I mean, I wouldn't pick it over "nothing happens" but its better than having your entire skin ripped off.
