While it's be inconvenient, it'd be nice to get around.

Since you can't control where it wouldn't really be practical for getting around. Although if you are an adventurous type it would be a great way to explore the world.

Doesn't say anything about bleeding or pain so I think I'd be okay with a free thumbtack-producing nose.
