This is basically equivalent to "drown." The best swimmers in the world find this a challenge _without_ armour.

While it's be inconvenient, it'd be nice to get around.

Since you can't control where it wouldn't really be practical for getting around. Although if you are an adventurous type it would be a great way to explore the world.
