Careful, WYRerers. "Never sleep again" is different from "never _have_ to sleep again." In reality there's a rare genetic condition called Fatal Familial Insomnia that strikes late in life and makes a person unable to fall sleep, and as the name suggests it's fatal. Very nastily fatal, involving hallucinations and paranoia and dementia over the course of 7-18 months. Not a good way to die. |

What does it mean to "be" Sarah Palin. Does it mean that I am Sarah Palin, just as she is. If so, that means my personality basically ceases to exist in favor of her. In fact, the option could be reworded as "cease to exist". Or is the opposite? Sarah Palin as a personality ceases to exist, and I now live in her body. I'm going to assume this interpretation, since that is more interesting. |
