Perhaps we could create a nonprofit organization that would pay the fines on behalf of people who murdered any of the politicians who supported such a ridiculously mild penalty for murders? The problem could correct itself that way. |

actually, if all speed limits were abolished and there was a "reckless driving" penalty (as well as much better driver training) I bet it would work OK. |
