You don't have to pause to think of the rhyme, it just happens automatically (it's a brain thing).

I think you probably would have to brush them. Although they wouldn't get as much on them as normal teeth, so perhaps they'd be ok. Maybe just careful washing when you normally shower would be sufficient.

I would love to be able to rhyme all the time without thinking about it.
